our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Our services are provided for
informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. We
reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time without prior notice. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your
account. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services. Please read the

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
- Reservation Policy: Reservation and payment must be done on prior while booking online
- Admission Policy:
Individuals below 18 years of age cannot book the theater ,they should be accompanied by
parents/guardians.
- Refund Policy:
If a booking is cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice, the whole amount will be repaid; however, no
refunds will be given for bookings made for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Booking cancellations are not permitted on holidays or festivals, according to Special Days.
- Booking times for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are non-refundable.
- It will take 6–8 days for the end user to receive their refund if the once upon a time approves
any
refunds.
- Decoration:
Celebrations without decorations are not allowed. It is mandatory
- Streaming content:
You need to have your own OTT accounts to stream the content. Any restricted content is not allowed to
be streamed, in case of violation appropriate action will be taken.
- House Rules:
Customers are not permitted to use illegal substances, smoke within the theatre, or drink alcohol. Such
clients would be subject to immediate termination.
- Confidentiality:
We prioritize the utmost confidentiality and security of your data, implementing stringent measures to safeguard and protect it across all our systems and operations.
- Theater setup:
Technical equipment's configuration cannot be changed by customers. Customers are not allowed to change
the setup of the projector, screen and sound system. We will make any changes that are necessary from
our end.
- Slot time:
The booking period includes the installation and departure time. Guests should leave the theater with
all their belongings on or before the end of time.
- Cleanliness:
It is requested of visitors to keep the theatre CLEAN; else, cleaning fees will be charged
- Loss /damage of theater:
Customers will be liable for paying for any damage they may cause to the theatre.
- Customers are responsible for any costs associated with repairing any technical or non-technical items
in the theatre, such as the walls, lights, balloons, seating, etc, if damaged.
